Here’s a peek at what we were up to this month—on the job, in the community, and soaking up all the local Lake Norman goodness:
We hit up our favorite local annual event—the Loch Norman Highland Games at Rural Hill in Huntersville, NC. Bagpipes, kilts, and Scottish flair for days!
Easter weekend brought perfect weather and questionable fashion choices. Chris brought the party with his loud 70's-inspired shirt and official wine-drinking vibes.
Big neighborhood news: Our Bay Pointe community roads are transitioning from private to
public! Not only will this boost curb appeal and property value, but it’s also proof that when neighbors and their HOAs team up, good things do happen.
Sipped our way through Laurel Gray and Piccione Vineyards, where Carolina blue skies, fluffy clouds, and distant views of the Blue Ridge Mountains made the wine taste even better.
Dana’s paintings "Sunset Salute" and "Remi" are featured in the 47th Annual SpringFest at Mooresville Arts! 87 artists, 158 pieces—on display through May 15!
Sipped our way through Bin 110 in Cornelius, NC—highly recommend the Gingered Pear Martini, Painkiller, and Toasted Cinnamon Margarita. Upscale + cozy = our happy place!
Spent more time on the trails at Mountain Creek Park in Sherrills Ford, NC—over 600 acres and 20 miles of hiking and biking trails. From zooming in on the tiniest wildflowers to taking in sweeping views of the trees, it’s our go-to for nature and peace of mind.

After 21 years of loyal service, we finally said goodbye to our 2003 couch and loveseat (RIP, old friends). Loving our fresh new setup from Sweet Dreams Furniture—thank you, Katy and Greg Law, for making the process a dream!
Real estate momentum is building! We closed on a home, went under contract on another, and have a Mooresville listing coming soon 👀 Stay tuned!
